So, it's been a while. Life has been pretty busy, but we love it. We also love when it calms down a bit. Right now, we are in a calm phase, so I'm going to update things here on the blog. I hope that everyone had a wonderful 4th of July holiday. Our family spent the holiday weekend with the Rasmussen's for our yearly retreat. We had a huge bounce house complete with water slide and yummy food. We also spent a day at Lagoon and did our best to wear ourselves out completely!!
It was great fun! On the 4th, we went to Provo and watched the parade and then went up Provo canyon to hunt for treasure using a GPS. And of course, we rounded off the day with a spectacular fireworks show at Thanksgiving Point. :)

We've also managed to take a trip to Yuba resevoir with Danny's family. Boats+Beach=Fun!!!
It was a great time. We all had a blast soaking up the sun at Utah's very own beach.

To finish off this busy time, I just got back from Girls Camp, which was an experience full of fun and memories. Now, we get to sit and relax for a while until it gets busy again. Ash and Staven are getting married the end of this month and then school starts and then the holidays are here......ready, set, GO! :)
